The developer grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to install and use MixTracker on your own devices.
Text, icons, and layout/design in the app are the developer's intellectual property; reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without consent isn't permitted.
2. Subscription (Pro)
MixTracker offers a free tier and a Pro subscription; plan details, pricing, and trial terms are as shown on the in-app paywall and the App Store product page.
Subscriptions are Apple auto-renewable subscriptions: billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled entirely through your Apple ID under "Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions". The app and its developer never handle payment and cannot issue refunds directly.
Unless cancelled before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and is charged; after cancelling, Pro remains available until the current period ends.
When a subscription expires or is cancelled, the app never deletes or hides your existing data — it simply reverts to the free tier's limits.
3. Market data disclaimer
Spot prices, exchange rates, trends, and P&L figures shown in the app are for personal record-keeping and reference only. They may be delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted, and do not constitute investment advice.
Any investment or financial decision made based on the app is at your own risk; the developer bears no responsibility for it.
4. Warranty & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss or indirect damages — please back up your data regularly.
5. Changes & termination
The developer may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features (e.g. the spot price service) for technical or operational reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to announce this in-app in advance. Any purchased subscription entitlements will be handled per Apple policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.); disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts local to the developer, except where consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
